Here's a terrific knife, both for your collection and your kitchen!  From a local Minnesota estate, a vintage Dexter carbon steel knife. I was not able to locate any history for the St Paul Sausage Company, but the area was home to a huge stockyards and meat processing industry.  Overall length is approx 18 inches, the blade is approx 12 inches.  No Show Pony here, this is a real Work Horse!  The blade shows wear and sharpening as seen, there is a chip out of the handle, and there is a nick out of the tip of the blade.  Still, a sharp edge and ready to go!
