We usually ship within 24 hours after purchase, this doesn't include holidays or weekends (Fri-Sun).
Most of our items ship USPS (First Class or Priority), however anything larger or heavier may ship Fedex Ground or Home Delivery.
Anything over two hundred will automatically have a Signature Confirmation, and Insurance for liability reasons. If you would like to opt out of Signature Confirmation, please tell us before we send out your item. You'll have about one business day until we ship.
Bicycles are sent to a local shop to be dismantled and boxed up, so expect a few extra days handling time before it ships out via FedEx.
We do not offer any local pick-ups unfortunately. We do not have a physical store location.
