1979 Harley-Davidson Sportster

1979 HARLEY DAVIDSON SPORTSTER. Very clean original survivor.  Original paint (very, very nice, but not flawless). Original seat (has a small separation, see pics). Would not take much to make this AMCA judgable. Carb has been updated (S&S super E), has updated generator / volt reg (cycle electric). Pipes are not original, but period.  Still has the "warning" sticker on the handle bars!  Starts right up, runs clean. Rides great. Clutch is strong and smooth. Shifts perfect. Just the nicest old iron head I have seen in a long time. 17k actual miles. I am fairly certain the sissy bar and luggage rack are original HD accessories. Tires are nearly brand new, but do have age cracking. Contact me with any questions. Sold as is, where is with all sales final. Clean Indiana title in my hand.
